Objective: The Certified P&A Manager course is designed to provide professionals with comprehensive knowledge and skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making within an organization. It enables learners to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Financial Planning & Analysis: Role of FP&A in the organisation, Financial statements and interrelationships (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), Key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, Time value of money and discounting concepts, Understanding cost structures and drivers, Governance, ethics and stakeholder alignment in FP&A
Module 2: Budgeting, Forecasting & Scenario Planning: Budgeting methodologies (incremental, zero‑based, rolling), Forecasting techniques (top‑down, bottom‑up, driver‑based), Scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, Building and maintaining a forward‑looking financial model, Working capital planning and cash flow forecasting, Variance analysis and budget‑to‑actual reporting
Module 3: Strategic & Operational Financial Analysis: Variance analysis across products, services and business units, Profitability analysis (product, customer, channel) and cost‑to‑serve, Activity‑based costing and resource consumption modelling, Performance management frameworks (balanced scorecard, OKRs in finance), Business partnering and decision support for operations, Strategic planning integration with financial objectives
Module 4: Capital & Investment Planning, Valuation: Capital budgeting: NPV, IRR, payback and decision criteria, Cost of capital (WACC) and its application, Investment appraisal of projects and business cases, Long‑term asset planning and depreciation/maintenance modelling, Valuation techniques for internal decision making, Strategic finance: M&A, restructuring, divestments
Module 5: Reporting, Analytics & Technology in FP&A: Management reporting: dashboards, board packs, narrative, Story‑telling with numbers, Financial analytics: trend analysis, KPIs, predictive modelling, Use of technology and tools (Excel advanced, Power BI, ERP/FP&A systems), Data governance, data quality and automated reporting, Scenario modelling and what‑if analysis in real‑time
Module 6: Risk, Change Management & Continuous Improvement in FP&A: Identifying and managing financial risks (market, credit, operational, liquidity) in planning and analysis, Stress testing and financial resilience modelling, Change management: driving transformation of FP&A function, Embedding strategic foresight and scenario thinking into planning, Benchmarking and best practices in global FP&A, Continuous improvement of processes, culture, and value creation of the FP&A team
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.

- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
