Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Security Supervisor course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to oversee and manage security operations effectively. The program covers security protocols, risk assessment, incident management, access control, emergency response, team supervision, and compliance with laws and organizational policies.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1 (Role, Leadership & Supervision): Role and responsibilities of a security supervisor, Leadership principles in security operations, Supervisory planning and shift management, Communication and team briefing techniques, Performance management and feedback, Motivation and coaching of security officers

Module 2 (Legal, Ethics & Compliance): Regulatory and legal framework for security operations, Use-of-force policy and limits of authority, Rights and liabilities of security personnel, Contracts and code of conduct, Documentation and record-keeping requirements, Ethical standards and professionalism

Module 3 (Security Operations & Physical Protection): Access control systems and procedures, Patrolling strategies and deployment planning, Search and screening techniques, Crime prevention and threat deterrence, Venue security and perimeters, Surveillance and monitoring (CCTV)

Module 4 (Risk, Threat & Emergency Management): Risk and threat assessment methodologies, Vulnerability analysis, Emergency response planning (evacuation, lockdown), Fire safety and evacuation procedures, First aid and medical emergencies, Incident detection, reporting and escalation

Module 5 (Conflict Management & Use of Force): Conflict de-escalation techniques, Communication under stress, Physical intervention principles, Legal use of force, Escorting and restraining techniques, Use of force documentation and review

Module 6 (Security Systems, Quality & Report Writing): Security technology and systems (alarms, CCTV, access control), Quality assurance and standard operating procedures (SOPs), Security inspections and audit, Incident report writing and investigation documentation, Log books and shift handover reporting, Continuous improvement of security operations

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
