Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of the online assessment, the soft copy of your certificate will be sent to your registered email ID within 5 days.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Fire & Emergency Management: Fire chemistry and behavior, Classes of fire and combustion process, Fire risk identification and assessment, Fire growth stages and smoke movement, Fire prevention principles, Role of emergency response coordinator

Module 2: Fire Prevention & Safety Measures: Workplace fire hazards identification, Fire detection and alarm systems, Fire suppression systems and equipment, Hot work safety procedures, Inspection and maintenance of fire systems, Safety signage and warning systems

Module 3: Emergency Planning & Preparedness: Emergency action plan development, Evacuation procedures and route planning, Assembly point management, Emergency communication protocols, Roles and responsibilities during emergencies, Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Module 4: Firefighting Techniques & Operations: Types and use of fire extinguishers, Fire hydrants and sprinkler system operation, Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), Firefighting tactics for different fire classes, Smoke control and ventilation, Search and rescue procedures

Module 5: Occupational Health, Safety & Legal Compliance: HSE policies and responsibilities, Workplace hazard assessment and risk control, Permit-to-work systems, National and international fire safety regulations, Accident reporting and investigation, Safety audits and documentation

Module 6: Practical Emergency Response & Drills: Fire drill planning and execution, Live fire simulation exercises, Evacuation and rescue practice, First aid and medical response during emergencies, Incident management and command structure, Post-incident evaluation and recovery
