Objective:The Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCP) course aims to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage and optimize global supply chains. It covers end-to-end supply chain concepts including supplier and customer relationships, logistics, procurement, operations, and the integration of technology to improve efficiency and responsiveness.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Supply Chain Management: Supply chain concepts and definitions, Importance of supply chain management, Key components of supply chains, Supply chain drivers and metrics, Types of supply chains, Trends and challenges in supply chain management

Module 2: Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting: Demand forecasting techniques, Sales and operations planning (S&OP), Inventory management and optimization, Capacity planning, Production planning and scheduling, Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR)

Module 3: Procurement and Supplier Management: Supplier selection and evaluation, Strategic sourcing, Procurement processes and policies, Supplier relationship management, Contract management and negotiation, Risk management in procurement

Module 4: Logistics and Distribution Management: Transportation management, Warehousing and inventory control, Distribution network design, Reverse logistics and returns management, Technology in logistics, Performance measurement and KPIs in logistics

Module 5: Supply Chain Technology and Information Systems: Role of IT in supply chain, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Supply Chain Management software (SCM), Data analytics and business intelligence, Blockchain and IoT in supply chains, Cybersecurity in supply chain management

Module 6: Supply Chain Strategy and Sustainability; Strategic supply chain management, Global supply chain management, Lean and agile supply chains, Sustainable supply chain practices, Risk management and resilience, Case studies and future trends in supply chain

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
