Objective: The Certified Acrylic Painter course aims to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in acrylic painting techniques. Participants will learn about color theory, brush handling, layering, blending, texture creation, and various styles of acrylic art. The course emphasizes developing artistic expression, creativity, and mastery over acrylic mediums to produce vibrant, professional-quality paintings.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Acrylic Painting: History of acrylic paints, Types of acrylic paints and mediums, Basic color theory, Understanding painting surfaces, Tools and brushes for acrylic painting, Setting up your workspace.

Module 2: Acrylic Painting Techniques: Basic brush strokes and marks, Layering and glazing techniques, Dry brushing and scumbling, Impasto and texture creation, Blending and gradients, Using palette knives and unconventional tools.

Module 3: Color Mixing and Theory: Primary, secondary, and tertiary colors, Color wheel and relationships, Warm vs cool colors, Creating color harmony, Mixing acrylic paints for different effects, Understanding color values and contrasts.

Module 4: Composition and Design Principles: Elements of art in acrylic painting, Principles of design (balance, contrast, rhythm), Focal points and emphasis, Rule of thirds and golden ratio, Creating depth and perspective, Planning and sketching your artwork.

Module 5: Styles and Genres of Acrylic Painting: Realism and photorealism, Impressionism with acrylics, Abstract acrylic techniques, Landscape painting, Portrait and figure painting, Experimental and mixed media acrylic art.

Module 6: Finishing, Preservation, and Professional Practices: Varnishing and sealing acrylic paintings, Framing and displaying artwork, Photographing and documenting paintings, Troubleshooting common acrylic issues, Marketing and selling acrylic art, Building a professional artist portfolio.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
