Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Performance Support in Administration: Definition and Importance of Performance Support, Role and Responsibilities of an Admin Performance Support Officer, Key Concepts and Terminology, Types of Performance Support Tools, Understanding User Needs, Aligning Performance Support with Organizational Goals.
Module 2: Analyzing Administrative Performance Gaps: Techniques for Identifying Performance Gaps, Data Collection Methods, Root Cause Analysis, Assessing Skill and Knowledge Deficiencies, Performance Metrics and KPIs, Stakeholder Involvement in Analysis.
Module 3: Designing Performance Support Solutions: Principles of Effective Performance Support Design, Selecting Appropriate Support Tools (Job Aids, Checklists, FAQs), Integrating Support into Workflow, Customizing Support for Different User Groups, Content Development Basics, Usability and Accessibility Considerations.
Module 4: Implementing Performance Support Systems: Planning Implementation Strategies, Training and Onboarding Users, Leveraging Technology Platforms, Change Management during Implementation, Monitoring Usage and Adoption, Troubleshooting Common Issues.
Module 5: Monitoring and Evaluating Performance Support: Collecting Feedback and Performance Data, Analyzing Effectiveness and Impact, Using Analytics to Improve Support, Reporting Results to Stakeholders, Continuous Improvement Processes, Case Studies of Successful Implementation.
Module 6: Emerging Trends and Best Practices in Performance Support: Mobile and Just-in-Time Support, Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automation, Gamification Techniques, Collaborative Performance Support, Data Privacy and Security, Future Directions in Performance Support.
