Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 3: Communication Skills in Negotiation: Effective Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication, Active Listening and Questioning Techniques, Building Rapport and Trust, Managing Emotions and Stress, Persuasion and Influencing Skills, Handling Difficult Conversations.

Module 4: Negotiation Process and Techniques: Stages of the Negotiation Process, Opening and Framing the Discussion, Bargaining and Problem Solving, Use of Anchoring and Framing, Collaborative vs Competitive Approaches, Closing the Deal and Reaching Agreements.
