Objective: The Certified Advanced Business Analyst course is designed to equip participants with advanced skills and knowledge to analyze complex business problems, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making. The course covers requirements elicitation, business process modeling, data analysis, stakeholder management, solution assessment, and decision support techniques.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Advanced Business Analysis Fundamentals: Role and responsibilities of an advanced business analyst, Business analysis frameworks and methodologies, Strategic alignment with organizational goals, Stakeholder identification and management, Elicitation techniques and tools, Business analysis planning and monitoring

Module 2: Requirements Management and Analysis: Requirements lifecycle management, Advanced elicitation and documentation techniques, Prioritization and validation of requirements, Modeling and visualization of requirements, Traceability and impact analysis, Requirements communication and negotiation

Module 3: Business Process Management and Improvement: Process mapping and modeling, Business process reengineering, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Process performance measurement, Gap analysis and process optimization, Change management integration

Module 4: Data Analysis and Decision Support: Data collection and preparation, Data modeling and visualization, Business intelligence and analytics tools, Predictive and prescriptive analytics, KPI and metric development, Supporting strategic and operational decision-making

Module 5: Solution Evaluation and Implementation: Solution assessment and validation, Risk and feasibility analysis, Vendor and technology evaluation, Implementation planning and coordination, Testing and quality assurance, Post-implementation review and benefits realization

Module 6: Advanced Communication, Leadership, and Influence: Stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, Facilitation and negotiation skills, Leadership in cross-functional teams, Conflict resolution and problem-solving, Change advocacy and influence, Reporting and presentation of insights and recommendations

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
