Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Advanced Excel Analyst (CAEA) course is designed to equip professionals with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze, visualize, and manage complex data effectively. The course covers advanced formulas and functions, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, macros, VBA programming basics, Power Query, and data visualization techniques. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Advanced Excel Functions and Formulas: Logical Functions (IF, AND, OR, NOT), Lookup and Reference Functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH), Text Functions (LEFT, RIGHT, MID, CONCATENATE), Date and Time Functions, Array Formulas and Dynamic Arrays, Error Handling Functions (IFERROR, ISERROR).

Module 2: Data Analysis and Visualization: Creating and Customizing PivotTables, Using PivotCharts, Advanced Charting Techniques, Conditional Formatting Rules, Sparklines and Data Bars, Using Data Tables for What-If Analysis.

Module 3: Data Management and Automation: Data Validation Techniques, Importing and Cleaning Data, Using Power Query for Data Transformation, Working with External Data Sources, Introduction to Power Pivot, Automating Tasks with Macros and VBA Basics.

Module 4: Advanced Modeling and Scenario Analysis: Building Financial and Business Models, Using Scenario Manager and Goal Seek, Creating and Managing Forecasts, Sensitivity and Risk Analysis, Using Solver for Optimization, Linking Multiple Worksheets and Workbooks.

Module 5: Collaboration and Security: Protecting Workbooks and Worksheets, Tracking Changes and Comments, Sharing and Co-Authoring Workbooks, Using Excel with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, Version Control Best Practices, Data Privacy and Compliance.

Module 6: Dashboard Development and Reporting: Principles of Effective Dashboard Design, Creating Interactive Dashboards with Form Controls, Using Slicers and Timelines, Dynamic Charting Techniques, Automating Reports with VBA, Case Studies and Real-World Applications.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
