Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Advanced Train the Trainer course is designed to enhance the skills of experienced trainers by deepening their expertise in adult learning principles, advanced instructional design, and dynamic facilitation techniques. The program covers needs analysis, curriculum development, learner engagement strategies, effective use of multimedia, handling challenging participants, and assessing training impact. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Advanced Adult Learning Theories and Principles: Deep dive into adult learning theories (Andragogy, Experiential Learning), Cognitive and social learning theories, Learning styles and preferences, Motivating adult learners, Overcoming learning barriers, Applying neuroscience in training design.

Module 2: Curriculum and Content Design: Designing advanced training programs, Developing measurable learning objectives, Creating engaging and relevant content, Incorporating multimedia and technology, Structuring modular and flexible curricula, Aligning content with organizational goals.

Module 3: Advanced Facilitation Techniques: Mastering questioning and probing skills, Handling difficult participants and situations, Using storytelling and analogies effectively, Facilitating large and diverse groups, Managing time and pacing, Enhancing participant engagement and retention.

Module 4: Assessment and Evaluation Strategies: Designing formative and summative assessments, Using rubrics and scoring guides, Evaluating training effectiveness with Kirkpatrick and Phillips models, Collecting and analyzing feedback data, Implementing continuous improvement processes, Reporting training outcomes to stakeholders.

Module 5: Technology Integration in Training: Leveraging e-learning platforms and LMS, Designing blended and virtual training sessions, Using interactive tools and simulations, Managing technical challenges, Incorporating social learning and collaboration tools, Measuring technology’s impact on learning.

Module 6: Professional Development and Ethics: Building a professional trainer portfolio, Reflective practice and self-assessment, Ethical responsibilities of trainers, Developing a personal brand and network, Staying current with training trends and research, Coaching and mentoring other trainers.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
