Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent is required.

Objective: The Certified Agile Practitioner course is designed to provide professionals with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools. The course focuses on building a strong foundation in Agile principles, values (as per the Agile Manifesto), and iterative development approaches.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Agile and Agile Mindset: Agile manifesto and principles, History and evolution of Agile, Benefits of Agile over traditional methods, Key characteristics of Agile mindset, Agile values and team culture, Myths and misconceptions about Agile.

Module 2: Agile Frameworks and Methodologies: Scrum framework: roles, events, and artifacts, Kanban principles and practices, Lean software development, Extreme Programming (XP) basics, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) overview, Choosing the right Agile approach.

Module 3: Agile Planning and Estimation: Release planning and roadmap creation, Sprint planning and user stories, Estimation techniques: story points, T-shirt sizing, Product backlog grooming and prioritization, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, Agile metrics: velocity and burn-down charts.

Module 4: Agile Execution and Delivery: Daily stand-ups and team collaboration, Managing changing requirements, Agile progress tracking and reporting, Servant leadership in Agile teams, Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) basics, Managing distributed Agile teams.

Module 5: Agile Roles and Responsibilities: Role of the Product Owner, Responsibilities of the Scrum Master, Development team dynamics, Stakeholder engagement and communication, Cross-functional and self-organizing teams, Agile coaching and facilitation skills.

Module 6: Agile Quality, Risk and Continuous Improvement: Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing, Agile risk identification and response, Retrospectives and continuous improvement, Agile documentation best practices, Measuring Agile success and KPIs, Common challenges in Agile adoption and solutions.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
