Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Agile Planning and Estimation: Creating product vision and roadmap, User stories and backlog management, Agile estimation techniques (story points, planning poker), Release planning and iteration planning, Prioritization methods (MoSCoW, WSJF), Managing scope and change in Agile projects.

Module 3: Agile Execution and Team Facilitation: Facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), Servant leadership and team coaching, Managing cross-functional teams, Removing impediments and risk management, Promoting collaboration and communication, Agile tools and software.

Module 4: Agile Metrics and Performance Measurement: Key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, burn-up charts), Tracking progress and forecasting, Quality assurance in Agile, Continuous improvement through retrospectives, Using metrics for decision making, Reporting to stakeholders in Agile environments.

Module 5: Scaling Agile: Introduction to scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale), Coordinating multiple Agile teams, Managing dependencies and integration, Agile portfolio and program management, Governance in Agile environments, Challenges in scaling Agile.
