Objective: The Certified Agile Transformation Consultant (CATC) course aims to develop a deep understanding of how to lead, plan, and execute enterprise-wide Agile transformations. Participants will learn to assess organizational readiness, design transformation strategies, apply change management techniques, and work with leadership to align Agile practices with business goals. The course also emphasizes building sustainable Agile ecosystems, coaching at multiple levels, and addressing cultural and structural challenges during transformation.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Agile Foundations and Principles: Agile Manifesto and Principles, Evolution of Agile and Lean Thinking, Agile vs Traditional Project Management, Core Values and Mindsets, Introduction to Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), Business Agility and Enterprise Context.

Module 2: Organizational Assessment and Readiness: Organizational Culture and Agility Fit, Agile Maturity Models, Assessing Leadership Buy-in and Sponsorship, Identifying Constraints and Bottlenecks, Change Readiness Assessment, Stakeholder Engagement Strategies.

Module 3: Designing Agile Transformation Strategy: Vision and Goals of Transformation, Transformation Roadmaps and Milestones, Building a Transformation Team, Selecting Frameworks and Scaling Approaches, Agile Governance Models, Creating Feedback and Adaptation Loops.

Module 4: Leading Change and Coaching: Change Management Principles (Kotter, ADKAR, etc.), Leadership Development and Agile Mindset Shifts, Agile Coaching Competencies, Creating a Culture of Continuous Learning, Conflict Resolution and Psychological Safety, Team Empowerment and Self-Organization.

Module 5: Scaling Agile at Enterprise Level: SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile Overview, Agile Portfolio and Program Management, Enterprise Backlog and Prioritization, Agile Budgeting and Funding Models, Agile Metrics and KPIs, Cross-Functional Collaboration and Coordination.

Module 6: Sustaining Transformation and Continuous Improvement: Embedding Agile into HR and Talent Development, Agile Tools and Technology Enablement, Communities of Practice and Knowledge Sharing, Measuring and Sustaining Agile Outcomes, Continuous Feedback and Innovation Systems, Avoiding Agile Anti-Patterns and Pitfalls.

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
