The course covers agricultural economics, farm management, marketing, supply chain logistics, financial planning, risk management, and sustainable practices.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Agri-Business Management: Overview of agri-business sector, Role and responsibilities of an agri-business manager, Agricultural value chains, Types of agri-business enterprises, Market trends and opportunities, Ethical and sustainable business practices.

Module 2: Agricultural Production and Supply Chain Management: Crop and livestock production basics, Input sourcing and supplier management, Inventory and storage management, Post-harvest handling and processing, Logistics and distribution, Quality control and standards compliance.

Module 3: Marketing and Sales in Agri-Business: Market research and analysis, Product positioning and branding, Pricing strategies and negotiation, Sales techniques and customer relationship management, Use of digital marketing and e-commerce, Export procedures and international trade.

Module 4: Financial Management for Agri-Business: Financial planning and budgeting, Cost control and profit analysis, Access to finance and credit management, Risk management and insurance, Accounting and financial reporting, Investment appraisal and decision making.

Module 5: Human Resource and Operations Management: Recruitment and training of staff, Labor laws and workplace safety, Performance management and motivation, Operations planning and workflow optimization, Technology adoption and innovation, Conflict resolution and team building.

Module 6: Policy, Sustainability, and Development: Agricultural policies and regulations, Environmental sustainability and resource management, Corporate social responsibility, Community engagement and development, Monitoring and evaluation of agri-business projects, Trends and future prospects in agri-business.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
