Objective: The Certified Air Freight Operations Coordinator course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to manage and coordinate air cargo operations effectively. Participants learn about air freight documentation, cargo handling, regulatory compliance, customs procedures, airline and ground handling coordination, and route planning.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Air Freight Operations: Overview of air cargo and logistics, Role and responsibilities of an air freight operations coordinator, Key performance indicators (KPIs) for air freight operations, Regulatory frameworks (IATA, ICAO, local aviation authorities), Types of air cargo (general, perishable, dangerous goods), Importance of efficiency, safety, and timeliness in air freight,

Module 2: Documentation & Compliance: Air waybill (AWB) preparation and handling, Export/import documentation requirements, Customs clearance procedures, Dangerous goods declaration and handling, Compliance with international and local aviation regulations, Record-keeping and audit readiness,

Module 3: Cargo Handling & Warehouse Coordination: Receiving, inspection, and acceptance of air cargo, Cargo storage and warehouse management, Loading and unloading procedures, Proper handling of sensitive, perishable, or hazardous cargo, Coordination with ground handling agents, Ensuring cargo integrity and safety,

Module 4: Flight Operations & Scheduling: Flight scheduling and slot management, Coordination with airlines and freight forwarders, Load planning and weight distribution, Monitoring cargo transit and flight status, Contingency planning for delays or disruptions, Performance monitoring and KPI tracking,

Module 5: Technology & Digital Tools: Air cargo tracking systems and real-time monitoring, Cargo management software and WMS integration, Digital documentation and e-AWB systems, Data analytics for operational efficiency, Automation tools in air freight operations, Emerging technologies in air cargo management,

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
