Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) course is designed to equip aspiring project professionals with foundational knowledge and skills in project management. Participants learn about project lifecycle, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and quality control based on globally recognized project management standards.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Project Management: Overview of Project Management, Role of a Project Manager, Key Terminology and Concepts, Importance of Projects in Organizations, Types of Projects and Life Cycles, Challenges in Project Management

Module 2: Project Integration Management: Developing Project Charter, Project Management Plan Development, Directing and Managing Project Work, Monitoring and Controlling Project Work, Integrated Change Control, Closing the Project or Phase

Module 3: Project Scope and Schedule Management: Collecting Requirements and Defining Scope, Creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Scope Verification and Control, Defining Project Activities, Sequencing and Estimating Activities, Schedule Development and Control

Module 4: Project Cost and Quality Management: Estimating Project Costs, Budgeting and Cost Baseline, Cost Control and Earned Value Management, Quality Planning, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Continuous Improvement in Project Quality

Module 5: Project Resource, Communication, and Risk Management: Resource Planning and Acquisition, Team Development and Management, Communication Planning and Information Distribution, Identifying and Analyzing Risks, Risk Response Planning and Monitoring, Stakeholder Management and Engagement

Module 6: Professional Practice and Ethics in Project Management: Project Governance and Compliance, Professional Responsibility and Ethics, Leadership and Decision-Making Skills, Managing Conflicts and Negotiation, Project Documentation and Reporting, Continuous Learning and Career Development in Project Management

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
