Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).
Objective: This course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to manage hospitality services within the aviation and airport sectors. Participants will learn about airline and airport operations, in-flight and ground hospitality, passenger service management, customer experience enhancement, staff supervision, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Aviation Hospitality: Overview of aviation hospitality and airport services, Roles and responsibilities of an aviation hospitality manager, Types of airport and airline services, Trends and innovations in aviation hospitality, Understanding passenger expectations, Challenges and opportunities in airport and in-flight service management
Module 2: Passenger Experience & Service Excellence: Designing exceptional passenger experiences, Customer service standards in airports and airlines, Handling special requests and VIP passengers, Managing complaints and service recovery, Personalization and tailored services, Monitoring and improving passenger satisfaction
Module 3: Airport & In-Flight Operations Management: Ground services and check-in procedures, Lounge and VIP services management, In-flight hospitality and cabin services, Coordination with airline and ground staff, Safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance, Technology integration in aviation hospitality operations
Module 4: Food & Beverage Management in Aviation: In-flight catering and menu planning, Airport lounge food and beverage services, Beverage management and bar services, Quality control and hygiene standards, Supplier and vendor coordination, Managing food costs and operational efficiency
Module 5: Marketing, Sales & Customer Engagement: Branding and promotion of aviation hospitality services, Digital marketing and social media strategies, Customer relationship management and loyalty programs, Service upselling and revenue enhancement, Market research and passenger behavior analysis, Event and partnership marketing initiatives
Module 6: Leadership, Strategy & Crisis Management: Leadership and team management in aviation hospitality, Strategic planning and operational alignment, Staff training and development programs, Risk assessment and crisis management, Continuous improvement and innovation in passenger services, Regulatory compliance and safety monitoring
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
- Number of Questions- 30.
- Number of Questions from each module: 5.
- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
