Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Business Administration: Definition and Scope of Business Administration, Roles and Responsibilities of a Business Administrator, Types of Business Organizations, Basic Business Terminology, Business Environment Overview, Ethical and Legal Aspects of Business.

Module 2: Office Management and Administration: Office Procedures and Protocols, Document Management, Scheduling and Time Management, Communication Skills for Administrators, Use of Office Technology and Software, Records and File Management.

Module 3: Financial Basics for Business Administrators: Understanding Financial Statements, Budget Preparation and Monitoring, Basic Accounting Principles, Cash Flow Management, Expense Tracking, Introduction to Financial Reporting.

Module 4: Human Resource Support: Recruitment and Selection Basics, Employee Orientation and Onboarding, Maintaining Employee Records, Payroll Fundamentals, Understanding Labor Laws, Supporting Employee Training and Development.

Module 5: Customer Service and Communication: Effective Business Communication, Handling Customer Inquiries and Complaints, Telephone and Email Etiquette, Building Customer Relationships, Report Writing Basics, Interpersonal Skills in the Workplace.
