Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Business Analysis: Role and Responsibilities of a Business Analyst, Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Stakeholder Identification and Engagement, Understanding Business Needs vs Solutions, Business Analysis Frameworks (BABOK, Agile BA), Professional Ethics and Standards.

Module 2: Requirements Elicitation and Collaboration: Elicitation Techniques (Interviews, Workshops, Surveys), Stakeholder Analysis and Communication, Document Analysis and Observation, Brainstorming and Focus Groups, Managing Conflict and Negotiation, Building Consensus and Approval.

Module 3: Requirements Lifecycle Management: Requirement Traceability and Change Control, Prioritization Techniques (MoSCoW, Kano), Versioning and Baseline Management, Impact Analysis and Rework Assessment, Stakeholder Communication of Changes, Maintaining a Requirements Repository.

Module 4: Requirements Analysis and Design Definition: Modeling Techniques (Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows), Data Modeling (ER Diagrams, Data Dictionaries), SWOT and PESTLE Analysis, Gap Analysis and Root Cause Identification, Solution Options and Recommendation, Defining Acceptance Criteria.

Module 5: Solution Evaluation and Validation: Feasibility and Cost‑Benefit Analysis, Prototyping and Proof of Concept, Test Planning and Support, User Acceptance Testing Facilitation, Performance Metrics and KPIs, Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement.

Module 6: Tools, Techniques, and Professional Development: Business Analysis Tools (Jira, Visio, Balsamiq), Agile and Waterfall Methodologies, Metrics Dashboards and Reporting, Soft Skills (Communication, Facilitation), Certification Paths (CBAP, PMI‑PBA), Career Growth and Mentoring.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
