Objective: The Certified Business Coach & Mentor course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive foundation in both coaching and mentoring within a business context. The program covers key areas such as goal setting, performance improvement, leadership development, business strategy, communication techniques, and ethical practice. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Business Coaching and Mentoring: Definition and differences between coaching and mentoring, Roles and responsibilities of a business coach and mentor, Core competencies and ethical guidelines, Establishing trust and credibility, Setting boundaries and managing expectations, Understanding adult learning principles.

Module 2: Coaching and Mentoring Models and Frameworks: GROW and CLEAR coaching models, Developmental vs performance mentoring approaches, Solution-focused coaching techniques, Behavioral change models, Structured mentoring programs, Applying models in real business contexts.

Module 3: Communication and Relationship Building: Active listening and powerful questioning, Non-verbal communication and empathy, Building rapport and trust, Giving and receiving feedback, Handling resistance and difficult conversations, Creating a psychologically safe environment.

Module 4: Goal Setting and Accountability: Clarifying business goals and challenges, Setting SMART and strategic objectives, Creating action plans with milestones, Encouraging ownership and accountability, Monitoring progress and follow-up, Supporting long-term development and growth.

Module 5: Business Acumen for Coaches and Mentors: Understanding business functions (finance, marketing, operations), Analyzing business models and strategy, Identifying growth opportunities and risks, Interpreting financial statements and KPIs, Supporting innovation and change, Helping clients through business transitions.

Module 6: Practice Development and Professional Growth: Designing and delivering coaching/mentoring programs, Client acquisition and business development strategies, Ethical and legal considerations in practice, Measuring impact and ROI of coaching/mentoring, Leveraging digital tools and platforms, Continuous professional development and supervision.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
