Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Business Negotiator course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to conduct effective business negotiations that create value and strengthen relationships. The course covers negotiation strategies and tactics, communication and persuasion skills, conflict resolution, cross-cultural negotiation, deal structuring, and ethical considerations.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Negotiation Planning and Strategy: Preparing for negotiation, Setting objectives and priorities, Analyzing stakeholders and counterparts, Risk assessment and mitigation, Developing negotiation strategies and tactics, Understanding cultural and organizational contexts

Module 3: Communication and Persuasion Skills: Effective verbal and non-verbal communication, Active listening techniques, Questioning and probing skills, Building rapport and trust, Persuasion and influence strategies, Managing emotions during negotiation

Module 4: Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving: Identifying sources of conflict, Conflict resolution strategies, Collaborative problem-solving techniques, Mediation and facilitation skills, Handling difficult negotiations, Creating win-win outcomes

Module 5: Negotiation in Specific Business Contexts: Sales and procurement negotiations, Contract and partnership negotiations, International and cross-cultural negotiations, Mergers and acquisitions negotiations, Internal organizational negotiations, Negotiation in crisis and high-stakes situations

Module 6: Ethics, Legal Considerations, and Continuous Improvement: Ethical considerations in negotiation, Legal and regulatory aspects, Maintaining integrity and credibility, Post-negotiation review and analysis, Lessons learned and knowledge management, Continuous skill development and improvement

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Duration- 60 minutes.
  • Number of Questions- 30.
  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
  • There is no negative marking in any module.
