Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 3: Improvement Methodologies & Tools: Lean principles and tools, Six Sigma concepts and DMAIC approach, Kaizen and continuous improvement techniques, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Pareto analysis and prioritization, Workflow redesign techniques

Module 4: Process Redesign & Optimization: Target state process design, Process standardization and simplification, Automation and digital enablement, Simulation and modeling techniques, Risk assessment in process changes, Stakeholder engagement in redesign

Module 5: Implementation & Change Management: Developing process improvement plans, Change management strategies, Training and capability building, Pilot testing and phased rollouts, Monitoring implementation progress, Feedback loops and corrective actions

Module 6: Sustaining & Measuring Process Performance: Process control mechanisms, Key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, Continuous monitoring and auditing, Lessons learned and knowledge management, Aligning processes with strategic objectives, Building a culture of continuous improvement
