Objective: The objective of the Certified Chakra Healing & Meditation Guide course is to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the chakra system, energy anatomy, and their influence on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The course aims to develop the skills required to assess and balance the chakras through guided meditations, energy healing techniques, breathwork, visualization, and sound therapy.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Chakras: History and origin of the chakra system, Overview of the 7 major chakras, Role of chakras in physical and emotional health, Chakra system in different traditions (Yoga, Ayurveda, etc.), Energy anatomy and the subtle body, Signs of balanced and imbalanced chakras.

Module 2: Root & Sacral Chakra Healing: Muladhara (Root) Chakra location and functions, Techniques for grounding and stability, Foods, crystals, and oils for Root Chakra healing, Svadhisthana (Sacral) Chakra and emotional flow, Creative expression and sensual energy, Healing practices for emotional trauma.

Module 3: Solar Plexus & Heart Chakra Healing: Manipura (Solar Plexus) Chakra and personal power, Techniques for confidence and self-worth, Breathwork and yoga for Manipura activation, Anahata (Heart) Chakra and love-energy balance, Forgiveness and compassion practices, Heart-opening meditations and affirmations.

Module 4: Throat & Third Eye Chakra Healing: Vishuddha (Throat) Chakra and communication, Practices for authentic self-expression, Sound healing and chanting (mantra yoga), Ajna (Third Eye) Chakra and intuition, Visualization and inner vision techniques, Pineal gland activation and focus enhancement.

Module 5: Crown Chakra & Chakra Alignment: Sahasrara (Crown) Chakra and spiritual connection, Practices for divine consciousness and oneness, Meditation for transcendence and silence, Integrating all chakras for balance and flow, Chakra alignment techniques and daily rituals, Understanding Kundalini energy and awakening.

Module 6: Chakra Meditation Guide & Certification: Creating personalized chakra meditation routines, Guiding others in chakra meditations safely, Ethics and responsibilities of a chakra guide, Using tools: sound bowls, crystals, pendulums, Final chakra healing session demonstration, Assessment, feedback, and certification process.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
