Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Change Management Leader course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to lead organizational change effectively. Participants learn change management frameworks, strategies for overcoming resistance, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and methods for sustaining change initiatives.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 3: Planning and Implementing Change: Change Readiness Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement, Developing a Change Management Plan, Communication Strategies for Change, Resource Allocation and Planning, Setting Goals and Milestones

Module 4: Managing Resistance and Organizational Culture: Identifying Resistance to Change, Techniques to Overcome Resistance, Building a Change-Ready Culture, Leadership’s Role in Change, Employee Motivation and Engagement, Maintaining Morale During Transition

Module 5: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Sustainability: Key Performance Indicators for Change Initiatives, Change Impact Assessment, Continuous Feedback Mechanisms, Lessons Learned and Best Practices, Sustaining Change Over Time, Reporting and Communication of Results

Module 6: Professional Practice and Strategic Leadership: Strategic Change Leadership Skills, Ethical Considerations in Change Management, Developing Organizational Agility, Decision-Making in Complex Environments, Coaching and Mentoring Teams, Continuous Professional Development in Change Management

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
