Objective: The Certified Compensation & Benefits Manager course is designed to provide HR professionals with in-depth knowledge and practical skills to develop, manage, and evaluate effective compensation and benefits strategies. Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Compensation and Benefits: Overview of total rewards strategy, Objectives and principles of compensation management, Components of compensation (fixed, variable, indirect), Factors influencing compensation decisions, Internal vs. external equity in compensation, Role of compensation in employee motivation and retention.
Module 2: Job Evaluation and Pay Structure Design: Understanding job analysis and job descriptions, Job evaluation methods (point factor, ranking, classification), Designing pay grades and salary bands, Market pricing and benchmarking techniques, Creating equitable and transparent pay structures, Addressing pay compression and progression.
Module 3: Incentives and Performance-Based Pay: Types of incentive plans (individual, team, organizational), Linking performance with pay effectively, Designing short-term and long-term incentive schemes, Executive compensation and ESOPs, Sales commission plans and goal alignment, Legal and ethical considerations in incentive design.
Module 4: Benefits and Welfare Programs: Statutory vs. voluntary benefits, Designing employee wellness and assistance programs, Health insurance, retirement and leave policies, Flexible benefit plans and cafeteria approaches, Work-life balance initiatives, Global trends in employee benefits.
Module 5: Payroll Management and Compliance: Payroll process and automation tools, Statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity), Payroll audits and internal controls, Compliance with labor laws and tax regulations, Handling expatriate payroll and compensation, Data privacy and cybersecurity in payroll.
Module 6: Strategic Compensation Planning and Trends: Linking compensation strategy with business goals, Pay for performance culture and total rewards, Pay transparency and communication strategies, Using compensation analytics and dashboards, Emerging trends (gig economy, remote pay, pay equity), Role of HR in strategic compensation governance.

- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
