Participants learn about regulatory requirements, risk assessment, audit procedures, internal control design, corporate governance, and fraud prevention.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Compliance and Internal Controls: Overview of Compliance Management, Role of a Compliance & Internal Controls Manager, Key Terminology and Concepts, Importance of Internal Controls, Regulatory Environment and Standards, Challenges in Compliance Management

Module 2: Regulatory Frameworks and Standards: Understanding Local and International Regulations, Industry-Specific Compliance Requirements, Corporate Governance Standards, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Fraud Prevention, Data Protection and Privacy Laws, Compliance Risk Assessment

Module 3: Internal Controls and Risk Management: Principles of Internal Controls, Designing Effective Control Systems, Risk Identification and Assessment, Control Monitoring and Testing, Segregation of Duties and Process Safeguards, Reporting Control Weaknesses

Module 4: Compliance Monitoring and Auditing: Compliance Program Implementation, Internal Auditing Techniques, Monitoring and Reporting Compliance Activities, Incident Investigation and Resolution, Audit Trail and Documentation, Performance Metrics for Compliance Programs

Module 5: Ethics, Corporate Governance, and Culture: Building a Compliance-Oriented Culture, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards, Conflict of Interest Management, Training and Awareness Programs, Leadership and Communication Skills, Encouraging Whistleblowing and Transparency

Module 6: Professional Practice and Strategic Management: Developing Compliance Policies and Procedures, Strategic Compliance Planning, Regulatory Reporting and Liaison with Authorities, Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking, Technology Tools for Compliance Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Risk Governance

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
