Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Conflict Resolution: Definition and types of conflict, Causes and sources of workplace conflict, Conflict resolution principles, Conflict styles and behaviors, Impact of unresolved conflict, Role of a conflict resolution manager.
Module 2: Communication Skills for Conflict Management: Active listening techniques, Effective verbal and non-verbal communication, Questioning and clarification skills, Managing emotions during conflict, Giving and receiving feedback, De-escalation communication strategies.
Module 3: Conflict Resolution Strategies and Techniques: Negotiation skills and strategies, Mediation process and roles, Facilitation techniques, Collaborative problem-solving, Win-win vs win-lose approaches, Choosing appropriate conflict resolution methods.
Module 4: Managing Difficult Conversations: Preparing for difficult conversations, Handling resistance and defensiveness, Building empathy and understanding, Maintaining professionalism under pressure, Conflict coaching techniques, Follow-up and closure.
Module 5: Organizational Conflict Management: Building a conflict-positive culture, Conflict policies and procedures, Role of leadership in conflict resolution, Training and awareness programs, Conflict documentation and reporting, Legal and ethical considerations.
Module 6: Conflict Resolution Tools and Evaluation: Use of assessment and diagnostic tools, Conflict resolution frameworks and models, Monitoring and measuring resolution effectiveness, Technology in conflict management, Case studies and best practices, Continuous improvement in conflict resolution skills.
GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
- Duration- 60 minutes.
