Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Construction Contract Administrator course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to manage and administer construction contracts effectively. Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Construction Contract Administration: Role and responsibilities of a contract administrator, Overview of construction contracts and project lifecycle, Importance of contract administration in construction, Types of construction contracts (Lump sum, Cost-plus, Design-Build, etc.), Key stakeholders in contract administration, Trends and best practices in construction contract management

Module 2: Contract Types and Legal Frameworks: Standard forms of contracts (FIDIC, NEC, JCT, local contracts), Understanding contractual obligations and rights, Legal principles in construction contracts, Risk allocation and liability, Dispute resolution clauses, Contract interpretation and enforcement

Module 3: Contract Documentation and Records Management: Preparing and reviewing contract documents, Maintaining project correspondence and records, Document control procedures, Change order management, Tracking contract amendments and variations, Ensuring compliance and audit readiness

Module 4: Financial Management and Claims Handling: Understanding payment terms and schedules, Monitoring project budgets and cash flow, Valuation of work and interim payments, Handling claims and variations, Cost control and reporting, Managing financial risks under contracts

Module 5: Project Coordination and Compliance: Coordination between owners, contractors, and subcontractors, Monitoring project performance against contract requirements, Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards, Reporting to stakeholders, Conducting site inspections and progress reviews, Facilitating approvals and certifications

Module 6: Dispute Resolution, Risk Management, and Professional Development: Identifying and mitigating contract risks, Dispute prevention strategies, Managing claims and conflict resolution, Arbitration, mediation, and litigation procedures, Continuous improvement in contract administration processes, Professional ethics and ongoing development for contract administrators
