Objective: The Certified Construction Logistics & Materials Manager course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to efficiently manage the procurement, storage, transportation, and utilization of materials on construction projects. Participants will learn supply chain management, inventory control, just-in-time delivery, cost optimization, vendor management, and logistics planning specific to construction environments.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Materials Planning and Procurement: Material requirement planning (MRP) and forecasting, Procurement strategies and sourcing, Vendor selection and management, Cost analysis and budgeting for materials, Contract management for supply of materials, Quality standards and compliance checks
Module 3: Inventory Management and Storage: Inventory control techniques and stock management, Warehousing and storage practices, Material handling equipment and safety, Tracking and monitoring of materials, Minimizing waste and loss prevention, Reporting and documentation of inventory
Module 4: Transportation and Logistics Coordination: Planning transportation and delivery schedules, Fleet management and route optimization, Loading, unloading, and handling of materials, Safety and regulatory compliance in transportation, Coordination with suppliers and site teams, Managing logistics risks and contingencies
Module 5: Construction Site Materials Management: On-site material handling and distribution, Just-in-time (JIT) delivery implementation, Integration with construction scheduling and project planning, Waste management and recycling practices, Quality control of materials on site, Monitoring usage and reporting
