Objective: The Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist course is designed to train professionals in designing, implementing, and managing effective wellness programs within corporate and organizational settings. The course focuses on promoting employee health, productivity, and well-being through evidence-based wellness strategies. Participants gain knowledge in areas such as stress management, physical activity, nutrition, mental health, workplace ergonomics, and chronic disease prevention. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Corporate Wellness and Workplace Health: Definition and scope of corporate wellness programs, Importance of employee health and productivity, Role of a corporate wellness specialist, Legal and ethical considerations in workplace wellness, Understanding organizational culture and health needs, Trends and global standards in corporate wellness.

Module 2: Health Risk Assessment and Wellness Program Planning: Conducting employee health risk assessments (HRAs), Identifying key health issues and workplace stressors, Designing customized wellness programs based on data, Setting realistic goals and KPIs for wellness outcomes, Aligning wellness plans with company objectives, Budgeting and resource planning for wellness initiatives.

Module 3: Physical Health and Lifestyle Management: Promoting physical activity and fitness at work, Nutrition and weight management strategies, Preventing lifestyle diseases (diabetes, hypertension, etc.), Managing fatigue, sleep, and sedentary behavior, Tobacco cessation and substance abuse prevention, Organizing health screenings and fitness challenges.

Module 4: Mental Health, Stress and Emotional Well-being: Understanding workplace stress and burnout, Techniques for stress reduction and emotional balance, Promoting mental health awareness and stigma reduction, Offering mindfulness, meditation, and counseling support, Designing Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), Handling crisis and trauma support in the workplace.

Module 5: Communication, Engagement and Behavioral Change: Strategies to motivate and engage employees in wellness, Health education campaigns and workshops, Using digital platforms and apps for wellness tracking, Building wellness champions and peer support groups, Behavioral change models and incentive-based programs, Feedback collection and continuous improvement.

Module 6: Program Evaluation, Reporting and Sustainability: Monitoring and measuring program outcomes and ROI, Collecting and analyzing wellness data and feedback, Preparing reports for stakeholders and leadership, Adapting and scaling programs for long-term success, Integrating wellness into HR and business strategy, Building a culture of health and continuous wellness improvement.

  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
