Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Courier & Express Delivery Associate course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to manage courier and express delivery operations efficiently. Participants learn about package handling, route planning, delivery scheduling, customer service, tracking systems, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Package Handling & Safety: Proper handling of parcels and fragile items, Sorting and categorizing packages, Safe lifting and carrying techniques, Use of packaging materials and protective equipment, Monitoring package condition during transit, Reporting damaged or misplaced parcels,

Module 3: Delivery Operations & Routing: Route planning and optimization, Time management and scheduling deliveries, Coordination with transport and dispatch teams, Use of GPS and tracking devices, Handling urgent and priority shipments, Contingency planning for delays or issues,

Module 4: Documentation & Digital Tools: Delivery notes and consignment documentation, Proof of delivery (POD) procedures, Use of courier management systems (CMS) and mobile apps, Digital scanning and barcode/RFID tracking, Maintaining accurate delivery records, Integration with ERP and tracking platforms,

Module 5: Customer Service & Communication: Professional communication with customers and supervisors, Handling inquiries and complaints, Providing accurate delivery status updates, Ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality, Escalating issues appropriately, Maintaining a professional demeanor and ethics,

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
