Objective: The Certified Crisis Response Manager course is designed to equip participants with the strategic and operational capabilities to lead organizations through critical incidents and emergencies. The program covers crisis planning and preparedness, risk assessment, communication strategies, incident response protocols, stakeholder coordination, and post-crisis recovery.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Crisis Management: Definition and types of crises, Role and responsibilities of a Crisis Response Manager, Stages of crisis (pre-crisis, response, recovery), Principles of effective crisis management, Crisis management frameworks and models, Organizational resilience and preparedness.

Module 2: Risk Assessment and Crisis Planning: Identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, Conducting risk and impact assessments, Developing crisis management plans, Business continuity and disaster recovery planning, Scenario planning and simulations, Establishing crisis management teams.

Module 3: Crisis Communication Strategies: Crisis communication planning, Internal and external communication channels, Media handling and press briefings, Crafting clear and consistent messages, Managing misinformation and rumors, Communicating under pressure.

Module 4: Emergency Response and Coordination: Activating emergency protocols, Incident command systems and structure, Coordinating with first responders and agencies, Evacuation and shelter procedures, Resource allocation and logistics, Ensuring health and safety during crises.

Module 5: Leadership and Decision-Making in Crisis: Crisis leadership traits and behaviors, Making decisions under uncertainty, Maintaining team morale and focus, Ethical considerations in crisis response, Managing stakeholder expectations, Delegation and control in high-pressure situations.

Module 6: Post-Crisis Recovery and Evaluation: Damage assessment and operational restoration, Supporting employee and community recovery, Debriefing and after-action reviews, Learning from crisis events, Updating plans and protocols, Building a culture of continuous improvement.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
