Objective: The Certified Customer Experience Professional course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to design, implement, and manage superior customer experience strategies. The course covers customer journey mapping, customer feedback analysis, service design, relationship management, customer loyalty, metrics and KPIs, and digital customer experience tools.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Customer Research and Insights: Customer research methods, Surveys and feedback collection, Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs, Data analysis and interpretation, Customer segmentation and personas, Identifying pain points and opportunities
Module 3: Designing Customer Experience: CX design principles, Touchpoint and interaction mapping, Service design and process improvement, Personalization and customization strategies, Omnichannel experience design, Implementing CX initiatives
Module 4: Customer Engagement and Communication: Effective communication strategies, Building customer trust and loyalty, Relationship management and engagement techniques, Handling complaints and difficult customers, Emotional intelligence in CX, Customer advocacy programs
Module 5: Metrics, Measurement, and Analytics: Key CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES), Data-driven decision-making, Performance dashboards and reporting, Analyzing customer behavior and trends, ROI measurement of CX initiatives, Continuous monitoring and improvement
Module 6: Leadership, Culture, and Continuous Improvement: Leading CX initiatives and teams, Building a customer-centric culture, Change management for CX adoption, Training and coaching employees, Benchmarking and best practices, Continuous improvement and innovation in CX
