The course covers qualitative and quantitative research methods, data collection techniques, customer segmentation, behavior analysis, survey design, and data visualization tools. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Customer Insights: Definition and Importance of Customer Insights, Role of a Customer Insights Analyst, Understanding Consumer Behavior, Types and Sources of Customer Data, Overview of Customer Journey Mapping, Ethical Considerations in Customer Data Usage.

Module 2: Data Collection and Management: Quantitative vs. Qualitative Data Collection Methods, Survey Design and Best Practices, Social Media and Digital Data Sources, Data Cleaning and Preparation, CRM Systems and Data Integration, Ensuring Data Privacy and Compliance.

Module 3: Analytical Techniques for Customer Insights: Descriptive and Diagnostic Analytics, Segmentation and Profiling Techniques, Sentiment Analysis and Text Mining, Predictive Analytics for Customer Behavior, Using Statistical Tools (SPSS, R, Python), Data Visualization for Insights.

Module 4: Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conducting Market and Competitor Research, SWOT Analysis for Customer Insights, Trend Analysis and Market Sizing, Using Focus Groups and In-depth Interviews, Competitive Benchmarking, Applying Research to Business Strategy.

Module 5: Customer Experience and Loyalty Analysis: Measuring Customer Satisfaction (NPS, CSAT), Analyzing Customer Feedback and Reviews, Churn Prediction and Retention Strategies, Customer Lifetime Value Analysis, Voice of the Customer Programs, Designing Customer-Centric Improvements.

Module 6: Communicating and Applying Customer Insights: Reporting and Presenting Insights Effectively, Storytelling with Customer Data, Collaborating with Marketing and Product Teams, Translating Insights into Actionable Strategies, Building a Customer-Centric Culture, Case Studies and Best Practices.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
