Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Cybersecurity Awareness: Overview of Cybersecurity Principles, Importance of Cybersecurity Awareness, Common Cyber Threats and Attacks, Understanding Cybersecurity Policies, Role of a Cybersecurity Awareness Coordinator, Ethical and Legal Considerations in Cybersecurity.

Module 2: Cyber Threats and Vulnerabilities: Types of Cyber Threats (Phishing, Malware, Ransomware), Social Engineering Techniques, Identifying Vulnerabilities in Systems and People, Password Security and Authentication Methods, Recognizing Insider Threats, Case Studies of Cybersecurity Breaches.

Module 3: Developing Cybersecurity Awareness Programs: Planning and Designing Awareness Campaigns, Target Audience Analysis, Creating Effective Training Materials, Utilizing Multimedia and Interactive Tools, Scheduling and Delivery Methods, Measuring Program Effectiveness and Feedback.

Module 4: Communication and Training Strategies: Effective Communication Skills for Cybersecurity Topics, Engaging Diverse Audiences, Conducting Workshops and Webinars, Handling Resistance and Encouraging Participation, Promoting a Security Culture, Reporting and Documenting Training Outcomes.

Module 5: Policies, Procedures, and Compliance: Understanding Regulatory Requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), Developing Cybersecurity Policies, Enforcing Acceptable Use Policies, Incident Reporting Procedures, Compliance Monitoring and Audits, Handling Non-Compliance Issues.

Module 6: Tools and Technologies for Awareness Coordination: Using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Security Awareness Software Platforms, Monitoring and Analytics Tools, Phishing Simulation Tools, Collaboration and Communication Technologies, Staying Updated with Emerging Cybersecurity Trends.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

  • Number of Questions from each module: 5.
  • Language: English.
  • Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
  • Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
