Objective: The Certified Data-Driven Business Analyst (CDDBA) course is designed to equip professionals with the analytical thinking, data interpretation, and business strategy skills required to drive decisions using data. The course covers data literacy, business intelligence tools, KPI development, data collection and cleaning, stakeholder communication, storytelling with data, and basic statistical analysis. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Data-Driven Business Analysis: Role and Responsibilities of a Data-Driven Business Analyst, Understanding the Business Analysis Lifecycle, Introduction to Data-Driven Decision-Making, Key Business Metrics and KPIs, Aligning Data Insights with Business Goals, Overview of Business Intelligence Systems.

Module 2: Data Collection and Management: Identifying Reliable Data Sources, Structured vs. Unstructured Data, Data Cleaning and Preprocessing Techniques, Data Governance and Quality Management, Working with Databases and Data Warehouses, Data Privacy and Compliance Standards.

Module 3: Analytical Thinking and Techniques: Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, and Prescriptive Analytics, Root Cause Analysis and Trend Identification, Hypothesis Testing and Correlation Analysis, Scenario Planning and What-If Analysis, Statistical Methods for Business Insight, Developing Insightful Data Questions.

Module 4: Tools and Technologies for Business Analysis: Using Excel for Data Analysis, Introduction to SQL for Business Analysts, Working with BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), Introduction to Python/R for Analysts, Automating Reports and Dashboards, Integrating Data from Multiple Platforms.

Module 5: Insight Communication and Visualization: Data Storytelling Techniques, Designing Dashboards for Executive Decision-Making, Visual Best Practices (Charts, Graphs, Infographics), Presenting Findings to Stakeholders, Creating Actionable Recommendations, Using Visuals to Drive Strategic Dialogue.

Module 6: Business Applications and Strategic Impact: Applying Data to Improve Business Processes, Customer and Market Intelligence, Financial and Operational Performance Analysis, Measuring ROI and Business Impact, Agile and Data-Driven Project Management, Case Studies and Real-World Business Insights.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
