Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Data-Driven Decision Making: Understanding the role of data in modern management, Types of business data and sources, Importance of data-driven culture, Data maturity models and organizational readiness, Ethical considerations and data governance, Case studies of data-driven success.

Module 2: Data Collection and Management: Identifying key data requirements, Primary and secondary data sources, Data warehousing and cloud storage basics, Data integration and data pipelines, Ensuring data quality and consistency, Tools for data collection and management.

Module 3: Data Analysis and Interpretation: Descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, Using statistical tools and techniques, Data visualization principles and dashboards, Identifying patterns and insights from data, Interpreting KPIs and performance indicators, Using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for analysis.

Module 4: Data-Driven Strategy and Decision Making: Aligning data insights with business goals, Data-driven strategic planning and forecasting, Decision-making frameworks using data, Scenario planning and simulations, ROI and risk analysis based on data, Communicating decisions with data storytelling.

Module 5: Leadership and Organizational Change through Data: Driving data adoption in teams and departments, Building a data-literate workforce, Leading data-driven transformation initiatives, Overcoming resistance to data-based changes, Encouraging innovation through analytics, Success metrics for change management.

Module 6: Emerging Trends and Technologies in Data Management: Big Data and Internet of Things (IoT) applications, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning basics, Real-time analytics and automation, Data privacy laws and compliance (GDPR, etc.), Blockchain and data transparency, Future of data-driven management practices.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
