Objective: The Certified Demand Planner/Forecasting Analyst course aims to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in demand planning, forecasting methodologies, and inventory management. The course covers key concepts such as data analysis, statistical forecasting techniques, demand sensing, collaborative planning, and supply chain integration. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Demand Planning and Forecasting: Overview of Demand Planning, Importance of Forecasting in Supply Chain, Types of Forecasting Methods, Demand Planning Process, Key Terminologies and Concepts, Role of a Demand Planner.

Module 2: Quantitative Forecasting Techniques: Time Series Analysis, Moving Averages, Exponential Smoothing, ARIMA Models, Regression Analysis, Forecast Accuracy Measurement (MAD, MSE, MAPE).

Module 3: Qualitative Forecasting Methods and Collaborative Planning: Delphi Method, Market Research and Surveys, Expert Judgment, Sales Force Composite, Collaborative Planning, Forecasting in New Product Introduction.

Module 4: Demand Management and Inventory Optimization: Demand Segmentation, Safety Stock Calculation, Service Level Optimization, Inventory Replenishment Strategies, Demand Shaping Techniques, Impact of Demand Variability on Inventory.

Module 5: Forecasting Software and Tools: Overview of Popular Forecasting Tools (SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, Forecast Pro), Data Integration Techniques, Dashboard and Reporting, Scenario Planning, Automation in Forecasting, System Implementation Challenges.

Module 6: Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Demand Planning, Root Cause Analysis for Forecast Errors, Continuous Improvement Techniques, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Demand Planning Best Practices, Case Studies and Real-World Applications.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
