Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Digital Sculptor course aims to equip students with comprehensive skills and knowledge to create high-quality, professional digital sculptures using advanced 3D sculpting software such as ZBrush, Blender, or Mudbox. The course focuses on teaching foundational sculpting techniques, anatomy understanding, detailing, texturing, and rendering to create realistic or stylized digital models. Students will learn workflow best practices for character design, concept development, and production pipelines commonly used in industries like gaming, film, animation, and 3D printing.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Digital Sculpting: History of digital sculpting, Overview of digital sculpting software, Understanding 3D modeling basics, Differences between digital and traditional sculpting, Introduction to sculpting tools and brushes, Setting up workspace and interface customization.

Module 2: Digital Sculpting Techniques: Basic sculpting techniques (push, pull, smooth), Working with digital clay and meshes, Using symmetry and masking tools, Detail sculpting and refinement, Sculpting organic shapes vs hard surfaces, Introduction to retopology and mesh optimization.

Module 3: Software Mastery: In-depth study of ZBrush interface, Sculpting with Blender sculpt mode, Using Mudbox for digital sculpting, Introduction to other sculpting tools (3D Coat, Sculptris), Workflow integration between software, Exporting and importing models.

Module 4: Anatomy and Form: Human anatomy for digital sculptors, Muscle structure and bone landmarks, Proportions and scale in sculpting, Sculpting realistic facial features, Hands and feet sculpting techniques, Study of animals and creature anatomy.

Module 5: Texturing and Polypainting: Basics of UV mapping and unwrapping, Introduction to polypainting in ZBrush, Texture painting techniques, Creating skin textures and details, Applying materials and shaders, Exporting textures for rendering.

Module 6: Finalizing and Presentation: Preparing models for 3D printing, Rendering sculpted models, Creating turntables and presentations, Basic rigging and posing for sculpted characters, Portfolio building and project documentation, Industry best practices and career guidance.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
