Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Measuring Employee Engagement: Key engagement metrics and KPIs, Designing and administering engagement surveys, Pulse surveys and feedback tools, Analyzing survey results and engagement levels, Benchmarking engagement data, Reporting and communicating survey outcomes.
Module 3: Building an Engaged Culture: Fostering trust and transparency, Recognition and appreciation programs, Inclusive and diverse work environment, Promoting employee well-being and work-life balance, Role of organizational values and purpose, Encouraging innovation and autonomy.
Module 4: Managerial Role in Engagement: Engaging leadership styles and behaviors, Coaching and developing team members, Creating psychologically safe workplaces, Effective communication and feedback culture, Handling disengaged employees, Building strong team dynamics.
Module 5: Engagement Through Employee Lifecycle: Onboarding for engagement, Career development and growth opportunities, Internal mobility and job enrichment, Succession and talent pipeline planning, Exit interviews and retention strategies, Aligning engagement initiatives with HR lifecycle.
Module 6: Strategic Engagement Planning and Trends: Developing a strategic engagement plan, Integrating engagement with organizational goals, Leveraging technology and digital platforms, Case studies of successful engagement practices, Future trends in employee engagement, ROI and business impact of engagement initiatives.
