Objective: The Certified Environmental Compliance Officer course is designed to equip participants with comprehensive knowledge and skills to ensure organizational adherence to environmental laws and sustainability standards. The course covers key areas including environmental legislation (such as EPA, CPCB/SPCB, ISO 14001), compliance auditing, environmental impact assessment (EIA), pollution control measures (air, water, soil, and noise), hazardous waste management, and sustainable resource use.
Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:
Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.
Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.
Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.
Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.
Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.
Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.
Assessment Modules:
Module 1: Introduction to Environmental Compliance and Sustainability: Role and responsibilities of an Environmental Compliance Officer, Principles of environmental sustainability and protection, Overview of environmental issues and impacts, Environmental management systems (EMS) and ISO 14001, Environmental ethics and corporate social responsibility, Importance of compliance in sustainable development.
Module 2: Environmental Laws, Policies, and Regulations: Key national environmental legislations (EPA, Water Act, Air Act, EIA Notification), International environmental agreements (Paris Agreement, Basel, Stockholm, Kyoto Protocol), Environmental clearance process and conditions, Regulatory authorities and enforcement agencies, Compliance requirements for various industries, Legal implications and penalties for non-compliance.
Module 3: Pollution Prevention and Control Measures: Air, water, and soil pollution sources and control techniques, Wastewater treatment and effluent standards, Air quality monitoring and emission control systems, Solid and hazardous waste management practices, Noise pollution control strategies, Cleaner production and resource efficiency approaches.
Module 4: Environmental Monitoring and Reporting: Environmental monitoring techniques and tools, Sampling methods and data analysis, Environmental audit and self-inspection processes, Preparation of Environmental Statements and Reports (Form V), Use of environmental performance indicators, Digital tools for compliance tracking and reporting.
Module 5: Risk Assessment and Emergency Preparedness: Environmental risk identification and impact assessment, Development of risk mitigation plans, Emergency response planning for environmental incidents, Spill response and containment procedures, Safety data sheets (SDS) and chemical management, Training and awareness programs for emergency readiness.
Module 6: Implementation, Review, and Continuous Improvement: Integrating compliance into organizational operations, Developing and implementing Environmental Compliance Plans, Internal reviews, inspections, and corrective actions, Stakeholder engagement and public disclosure, Best practices and case studies in compliance success, Future trends in environmental compliance and green governance.

- Language: English.
- Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
- Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
