Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Exhibition Designer course aims to develop professionals’ expertise in planning, designing, and managing exhibition and event spaces that effectively communicate messages and engage audiences. The course covers the principles of spatial design, storytelling, visitor flow, and visual communication specific to exhibitions, trade shows, museums, and corporate events. Participants learn how to create immersive, interactive, and functional environments by integrating architecture, lighting, graphics, multimedia, and technology.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Exhibition Design: History and Evolution of Exhibition Design, Types of Exhibitions and Venues, Roles and Responsibilities of an Exhibition Designer, Understanding Audience and Visitor Experience, Design Principles for Exhibitions, Trends and Innovations in Exhibition Design.

Module 2: Concept Development and Planning: Research and Content Development, Storytelling and Thematic Design, Space Analysis and Site Assessment, Budgeting and Resource Allocation, Project Scheduling and Timeline Management, Collaboration with Stakeholders.

Module 3: Spatial Design and Layout: Space Planning and Circulation, Zoning and Visitor Flow, Display Systems and Furniture, Accessibility and Safety Considerations, Integration of Interactive Elements, Use of Light and Color in Space.

Module 4: Materials, Fabrication, and Technology: Selection of Materials and Finishes, Structural and Modular Systems, Fabrication Techniques and Processes, Digital Technologies and Multimedia Integration, Audio-Visual and Lighting Systems, Sustainable and Eco-friendly Practices.

Module 5: Graphic Design and Interpretation: Exhibition Graphics and Signage, Wayfinding and Information Design, Labeling and Text Panels, Interactive and Digital Content Design, Branding and Identity Integration, Communication of Key Messages.

Module 6: Installation, Evaluation, and Professional Practice: Installation Planning and Coordination, On-site Management and Problem Solving, Visitor Evaluation and Feedback Methods, Maintenance and De-installation, Legal and Safety Regulations, Career Development and Certification Preparation.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
