Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Experimental & Mixed Media Artist course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to create innovative and boundary-pushing artworks using multiple media and experimental techniques. The course covers mixed media techniques, contemporary art practices, conceptual development, material exploration, composition, color theory, installation art, and digital integration.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Experimental and Mixed Media Art: Introduction to experimental art, History and evolution of mixed media, Principles of visual composition and design, Understanding materials and mediums, Conceptual thinking in art, Case studies of notable experimental artworks

Module 2: Traditional and Non-Traditional Media Techniques: Drawing and painting foundations, Collage and assemblage methods, Printmaking techniques, Found objects and unconventional materials, Textural experimentation, Layering and surface manipulation

Module 3: Digital and Hybrid Media Integration: Digital illustration and painting, Photography and photo-manipulation, 2D/3D digital tools for mixed media, Combining analog and digital processes, Interactive and multimedia elements, Experimenting with video and animation

Module 4: Creative Process and Concept Development: Ideation and brainstorming techniques, Developing personal artistic voice, Visual storytelling and narrative in art, Sketching and prototyping concepts, Iteration and refinement processes, Collaborative experimentation projects

Module 5: Exhibition, Presentation, and Documentation: Preparing artworks for exhibition, Display techniques for mixed media, Professional documentation and portfolio creation, Artist statements and conceptual explanations, Curatorial considerations, Digital presentation and online portfolios

Module 6: Professional Practice and Continuous Growth: Networking and collaboration in art communities, Ethical considerations and copyright, Marketing and promotion of artworks, Grants, residencies, and funding opportunities, Critical reflection and self-assessment, Continuous skill development and research

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
