Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Fine Artist course aims to cultivate advanced artistic skills and a deep understanding of fine art principles, enabling students to create original and expressive works across multiple mediums such as painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media. The course emphasizes mastery of composition, color theory, technique, and art history to foster both technical proficiency and creative innovation. Students will explore various artistic styles and develop a personal artistic voice, while also learning professional practices like portfolio development, exhibition preparation, and art critique. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Foundations of Fine Art: History of Fine Art, Elements of Art (Line, Shape, Texture), Principles of Design (Balance, Emphasis), Drawing Fundamentals, Introduction to Different Art Mediums, Art Styles and Movements.

Module 2: Advanced Drawing and Composition: Figure Drawing and Anatomy, Perspective Techniques, Composition and Layout, Light, Shadow, and Value, Texture and Detail Rendering, Drawing from Life and Imagination.

Module 3: Painting Techniques and Materials: Oil Painting Techniques, Acrylic Painting Methods, Watercolor Techniques, Mixed Media Approaches, Surface Preparation and Priming, Experimentation with Materials.

Module 4: Color Theory and Application: Color Wheel and Relationships, Color Mixing and Matching, Psychological Effects of Color, Use of Color in Composition, Creating Depth and Atmosphere with Color, Color Correction Techniques.

Module 5: Artistic Concept Development: Idea Generation and Research, Visual Storytelling and Symbolism, Developing Personal Style, Sketching and Refining Concepts, Creating Series and Thematic Work, Critique and Revision Processes.

Module 6: Professional Practice and Art Career: Building a Fine Art Portfolio, Art Exhibition Planning, Marketing and Branding for Artists, Understanding Art Markets and Galleries, Legal and Ethical Issues in Art, Continuing Education and Networking.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
