Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Fundamentals of Food Safety and Quality Management: Introduction to food safety principles and quality standards, Foodborne illnesses, pathogens, and contamination sources, Importance of hygiene and sanitation in food service, Basic concepts of food quality control and assurance, Overview of national and international food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000), Roles and responsibilities of food safety and quality professionals.

Module 2: Food Safety Hazards and Risk Analysis: Types of food safety hazards: biological, chemical, physical, and allergenic, Hazard analysis and risk assessment techniques, Critical control points (CCPs) in food production and service, Preventive measures and monitoring procedures, Food safety risk communication and decision-making, Case studies on hazard management in food service operations.

Module 3: Food Handling, Storage, and Hygiene Practices: Safe food handling and temperature control guidelines, Personal hygiene and health standards for food handlers, Cleaning and sanitation protocols in food facilities, Storage procedures for raw and cooked foods, Waste management and pest control practices, Cross-contamination prevention strategies.

Module 4: Quality Assurance Systems and Standards: Principles and implementation of HACCP in food service, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 standards overview, Documentation and record-keeping in quality systems, Internal auditing and verification processes, Total Quality Management (TQM) in food operations.

Module 5: Legal Compliance and Food Safety Audits: Understanding food safety laws and regulatory requirements (FSSAI, FDA, Codex), Licensing, labeling, and packaging regulations, Food safety inspection procedures and readiness, Conducting internal and external audits, Handling non-conformities and corrective actions, Legal responsibilities and penalties for non-compliance.

Module 6: Training, Communication, and Continuous Improvement: Designing and implementing food safety training programs, Staff engagement and behavior change techniques, Effective communication within food safety teams, Quality culture and leadership in food service, Continuous improvement strategies and KPIs, Career advancement and professional ethics in food safety management.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
