Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Introduction to Front Office Management: role and responsibilities of front office manager, organization of front office department, functions of front office in hospitality, importance of guest satisfaction, trends in hotel industry, career prospects in front office management

Module 2: Front Office Operations & Procedures: check-in and check-out procedures, reservation systems and types, handling guest registration, room assignment and key control, billing and payment procedures, coordination with housekeeping and other departments

Module 3: Customer Service & Communication Skills: guest communication techniques, handling complaints and conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity and etiquette, personalized guest services, building guest loyalty, effective interpersonal and team communication

Module 4: Front Office Technology & Systems: property management systems (PMS), point of sale (POS) integration, online booking platforms, guest feedback and CRM tools, telecommunication systems, security and data management

Module 5: Revenue Management & Sales: room pricing and rate strategies, yield and revenue management techniques, upselling and cross-selling, forecasting and budgeting, marketing and promotion of hotel services, performance analysis and reporting

Module 6: Leadership & Staff Management: recruitment and training of front office staff, staff scheduling and duty rosters, motivation and team building, performance appraisal and feedback, problem-solving and decision-making, maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:
