Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card (Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 2: Supply Chain and Logistics Management: Global supply chain design, Sourcing and procurement strategies, Inventory management and optimization, Transportation and logistics planning, Risk management in supply chains, Supplier relationship management

Module 3: Production and Operations Planning: Production planning and scheduling, Capacity planning and utilization, Lean manufacturing and process optimization, Quality management and control, Technology and automation in operations, Demand forecasting and resource allocation

Module 4: Financial and Performance Management: Budgeting and cost management, Operational KPIs and performance measurement, Cost-benefit analysis, Financial risk management, Operational reporting and dashboards, Continuous improvement initiatives

Module 5: Risk, Compliance, and Sustainability in Operations: Operational risk identification and mitigation, Regulatory compliance in global operations, Health, safety, and environmental standards, Sustainability and green operations, Crisis and contingency planning, Corporate social responsibility in operations

Module 6: Leadership, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement: Leadership in global operations, Change management and organizational culture, Innovation in processes and technology, Collaboration and communication across regions, Knowledge management and best practices, Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
