Objective: The Certified Global Supply Chain Analyst (CGSCA) course is designed to provide professionals with in-depth knowledge and analytical skills to manage and optimize supply chains across international borders. The course covers global logistics, procurement strategies, demand forecasting, inventory management, risk assessment, sustainability, trade regulations, and the use of technology such as ERP and data analytics in supply chain operations. 

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Assessment Modules:

Module 1: Introduction to Global Supply Chain Management: Fundamentals of Supply Chain and Logistics, Global Supply Chain Structures and Networks, Role of Supply Chain Analysts, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Supply Chains, Supply Chain Integration and Collaboration, Trends and Challenges in Global Supply Chains.

Module 2: Demand Planning and Forecasting: Demand Forecasting Methods and Techniques, Data Collection and Analysis, Collaborative Planning, Forecast Accuracy Measurement, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Impact of Market Trends and Seasonality on Demand.

Module 3: Procurement and Supplier Management: Global Sourcing Strategies, Supplier Selection and Evaluation, Contract Negotiation and Management, Risk Management in Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Sustainable and Ethical Sourcing Practices.

Module 4: Inventory and Warehouse Management: Inventory Control Models and Techniques, Safety Stock and Reorder Point Calculations, Warehouse Design and Layout, Technology in Inventory Management (RFID, WMS), Lean Inventory and Just-In-Time (JIT) Systems, Performance Metrics for Inventory and Warehousing.

Module 5: Transportation and Logistics: Modes of Transportation and Their Characteristics, International Freight and Shipping Documentation, Freight Costing and Optimization, Customs and Trade Compliance, Last Mile Delivery Challenges, Logistics Technology and Automation.

Module 6: Supply Chain Risk and Performance Analysis: Identifying and Assessing Supply Chain Risks, Risk Mitigation Strategies, Supply Chain Disruption Management, Use of Data Analytics and BI Tools, Reporting and Communication of Supply Chain Performance, Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
