Objective: The Certified Global Supply Chain Management Specialist course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge, tools, and strategic insight needed to manage complex global supply chains. The course covers international sourcing, global logistics, cross-border trade regulations, customs procedures, risk management, supplier relationship management, and global inventory planning.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Global Supply Chain Management: Definition and Scope of Global Supply Chains, Key Drivers of Globalization in SCM, Differences Between Domestic and International Supply Chains, Role of a Global Supply Chain Management Specialist, Key Stakeholders and Functions in Global SCM, Challenges and Trends in Global Supply Chain Environments.

Module 2: Global Sourcing and Procurement Strategies: Strategic Sourcing Across Borders, Supplier Identification and Qualification Processes, Cost Analysis and Total Landed Cost Considerations, Global Supplier Relationship Management, Risk Management in International Procurement, Compliance with International Trade and Ethical Standards.

Module 3: International Logistics and Distribution: Modes of Global Transportation (Ocean, Air, Rail, Road), Freight Forwarding and Carrier Selection, Containerization and Port Operations, Global Distribution Network Design, Incoterms and International Shipping Terms, Challenges in Cross-Border Logistics and Customs.

Module 4: Import-Export Compliance and Trade Regulations: International Trade Documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, B/L), Customs Clearance Procedures and HTS Classification, Free Trade Agreements and Trade Facilitation, Trade Compliance and Export Controls, Managing Duties, Tariffs, and Taxation, Role of Trade Regulatory Bodies (WTO, WCO, DGFT).

Module 5: Technology and Digital Transformation in Global SCM: ERP, SCM, and TMS Integration Across Global Operations, IoT and Blockchain for Global Traceability, Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics in Global SCM, Digital Platforms for Supplier and Logistics Collaboration, Control Tower and Real-Time Visibility Tools, Cybersecurity and Data Protection in Global Networks.

Module 6: Performance, Risk, and Sustainability in Global Supply Chains: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Global SCM, Managing Disruptions and Building Supply Chain Resilience, Global Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategies, Sustainability Practices and Carbon Footprint Reduction, ESG Compliance in Global Operations, Case Studies on Successful Global Supply Chain Management.

• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
