Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent or minimum 2 years of relevant experience (experience-based learners can directly enroll and certify).

Objective: The Certified Global Teams Manager (CGTM) course is designed to prepare managers and leaders to effectively lead, manage, and collaborate with diverse, cross-cultural teams across different geographies. The course covers key topics such as intercultural communication, virtual team dynamics, conflict resolution, leadership styles in global contexts, building trust remotely, and leveraging technology for collaboration.

Certification: Within 5 days after Completion of Online Assessment.

Steps to become a GSDCI Certified Professional:

Step 1: Select your certification you want to pursue.

Step 2: Click on get certified tab, new pop up window will open.

Step 3: Click on pay certification fee, you will be redirected to billing details page.

Step 4: Fill your details and click on pay certification fee, You will be redirected to payment gateway, pay fee by any available options like Card(Debit/Credit), Wallet, Paytm, Net banking, UPI and Google pay.

Step 5: You will get Login Credentials of Online E-Books and Online assessment link on your email id, within 48 hrs of payment.

Step 6: After completion of online assessment, you can download your Certificate Immediately.

Module 1: Foundations of Global Team Management: Understanding Global Teams and Their Dynamics, Benefits and Challenges of Virtual and Multicultural Teams, Roles and Responsibilities in Global Teams, Cross-Border Communication Basics, Building Trust and Rapport Remotely, Technology Tools for Global Collaboration.

Module 2: Cultural Intelligence and Diversity Management: Cultural Dimensions and Their Impact on Team Behavior, Managing Cultural Differences and Biases, Encouraging Inclusion and Psychological Safety, Conflict Resolution Across Cultures, Leveraging Diversity for Innovation, Training and Development for Cultural Competence.

Module 3: Leadership and Motivation in Global Teams: Global Leadership Styles and Adaptability, Motivational Strategies for Distributed Teams, Setting Expectations and Accountability, Empowering and Engaging Remote Team Members, Coaching and Feedback Across Borders, Leading Through Change and Uncertainty.

Module 4: Communication and Collaboration Techniques: Effective Cross-Cultural Communication Skills, Managing Language Barriers, Virtual Meeting Best Practices, Collaborative Decision-Making Processes, Information Sharing and Knowledge Management, Building a Collaborative Team Culture.

Module 5: Performance Management and Productivity: Setting Clear Goals and KPIs for Global Teams, Monitoring and Evaluating Remote Performance, Time Zone and Workload Management, Addressing Performance Issues Remotely, Reward and Recognition Strategies, Continuous Improvement and Team Development.

Module 6: Technology, Security, and Future Trends: Digital Tools for Global Team Management, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy in Remote Work, Emerging Technologies Impacting Global Teams, Remote Work Policies and Compliance, Trends in Hybrid and Flexible Work Models, Preparing Teams for the Future of Global Work.

GSDCI Online Assessment Detail:

• Duration- 60 minutes.
• Number of Questions- 30.
• Number of Questions from each module: 5.
• Language: English.
• Exam Type: Multiple Choice Questions.
• Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 50%.
• There is no negative marking in any module.
